Linked to the presentation in the Netherlands was a humanitarian action in favour of the earthquake victims in Morocco. In an appeal via mail & social media, we asked the Dutch and Flemish rally world to collect warm clothes and blankets and bring them to the presentation. Our action was heard and numerous participants arrived at QFF with banana boxes full of stuff for those who lost everything. In a few days, the organisation's trucks will leave for Morocco as part of the "Roc du Maroc", our annual mountain bike marathon. All collected relief goods will be handed over to aid organisations in Ouarzazate next week.

REGISTRATIONS GO FAST

A month and a half ago, we opened registrations for the MDC2024. Meanwhile, most categories are filling up well. At the end of August a lot of participants still registered to enjoy the special discounted rate in the nick of time.
That now brings us to the following participant numbers
Motorbikes & quads: 48
SSVs: 57
Cars & buggies: 43
Trucks: 10
Raid: 13
So with a nice 171 rally-raid vehicles already registered today (not counting assistance), 2024 also promises to be a full-house edition with a nice field of participants. Would you like to be there? Don't wait too long because, with maximum 200 vehicles allowed in competition, remaining places are limited.
