Kalgoorlie Desert Race 2024: Entries now open for Kalgoorlie Desert Race
Entries are now open for the final round of the 2024 BFGoodrich Motorsport Australia Off Road Championship (AORC).
This year’s Black Diamond Drilling Kalgoorlie Desert Race will see competitors tackle one of the most challenging courses on the AORC calendar in Western Australia from 24-27 October.
This season finale will see crews compete over 363 competitive kilometres across three sections, taking place over three action-packed days.

The final round of the 2024 BFGoodrich Motorsport Australia Off Road Championship also incorporates the Transportable Shade Sheds Motorsport Australia SXS Championship and the final round of the 2024 Motorsport Australia Western Australian Off Road Championship.
Kalgoorlie Desert Race Founder, Gus Lacey, was proud to once again host the final event on the AORC calendar.
“To be selected to host such a prestigious event of the Off-Road Racing calendar really is testament to the reputation of the Kalgoorlie Desert Race as being a challenging and one-of-a-kind track,” Lacey said. “I am proud of the progress the Club, Committee and Volunteers, past and present, has achieved since the first race in 2017 and the vision of one day being an event watched internationally realised. The City of Kalgoorlie Boulder and the wider business community are valuable supporters of this event which brings a huge contingent of competitors and spectators to the region and the people of Kalgoorlie Boulder look forward to again welcoming the AORC to the West.”

The final round of the 2024 BFGoodrich Motorsport Australia Off Road Championship will take place at the Black Diamond Drilling Kalgoorlie Desert Race on 24-27 October.
