Dakar 2026: Stage 10 - bp Ultimate Adventure Team rider on the Rally2 podium
bp Ultimate Adventure Team rider Martim Ventura moved onto the Rally2 podium in the 2026 Dakar Rally today after successfully completing Stage 10, the second part of the demanding marathon leg. The special featured 371 timed kilometres over a particularly tough route, marked by a long dune sector where navigation, physical endurance and race management were decisive.
Martim Ventura, an official HRC Honda rider, secured 4th place in Rally2 on Stage 10 and 11th in the overall general classification. This result allows the young bp Ultimate Adventure Team rider—currently the second-best among the Rookies—to improve his position, moving up to 12th overall, confirming his consistency and competitiveness. In his Dakar debut in 2026, Martim Ventura continues with great determination, focused on maintaining the competitive pace that has enabled him to consolidate the positions he has achieved.
The 2026 Dakar Rally continues tomorrow with Stage 11, linking Bisha to Al Henakiyah, with 347 timed kilometres. This stage will feature a high number of crossings, forks and junctions, making the route potentially labyrinth-like. Clear visibility, precise navigation and sustained concentration will be decisive to avoid incidents and reach the Al Henakiyah bivouac, especially given the stage’s total distance.
