As a service to the sport we all love and follow, Rally-Raid Network posts numerous media releases from a wide variety of sources on our website. Due to the large number, and some times short time available, it is nearly impossible to review each public release. Csucsu and co-driver Márk Mesterházi scored a dominant victory, winning all special stages, in Székesfehérvár Rallye, the first round of the Hungarian Cross-Country Rally Championship (TROB), on Sunday.
The Toyota crew was almost 7 minutes faster than Gergely Szabó and Gábor Szücs (Bedu SXS X3), second overall and winner in the T4 National category. Another T4 crew, Szilveszter Kéry and Barbara Bartha (Can-Am) rounded off the podium.
The season opener was slightly unusual, as it was held together with the first round of the Hungarian Rally Championship, on the same tracks. The next round, Riverside Baja, is scheduled for 4-6 May, in Pápoc.
