In the car category, João Ferreira and his seasoned co-driver Filipe Palmeiro put in a blistering performance in their Toyota Hilux IMT EVO. Clocking the fastest time of the day at 4:08.828, the duo took the lead and stamped their authority on the field.
The quad category saw another Portuguese victory. Tomás Paulo Coutinho, riding his Yamaha, delivered a strong and composed ride, claiming the best time among quad riders with 4:34.7. His consistency and skill across the rugged terrain reaffirmed his reputation as one to watch.
In the SSV T4 class, Gonçalo Guerreiro, paired with Joel Lutas in a Polaris, powered into the top 10 overall and took the top spot in his class. Their pace and control on the timed section highlighted the strength of the team and their well-prepared machine.
