Baja Aragon 2025: The 2025 Route of the Getac Trophy Baja España Aragon draw on Teruel's best tracks
The prologue will be held on the afternoon of Friday, July 25, in Gea de Albarracín, as in previous editions.
Two different Selective Sections make up the route for Saturday, July 26.
On Sunday, July 27, the SS1 section from Saturday will be repeated as SS3.
The race will pass through the municipal roads of 23 municipalities.
With one week remaining until the start of the Baja España Aragón Trofeo Getac 2025 sporting activity, some information about the route, without going into detail, can now be provided for its 41st edition.
Following the prior technical and administrative checks carried out at the Sports Palace, the participating teams of cars, motorcycles, SSVs, trucks, and quads will start their engines on Friday, July 25th, the feast day of St. James the Apostle and a public holiday in Spain, to begin the prologue stage starting at 2:30 p.m.
The prologue stage will take place around Gea de Albarracín, as in previous years.
The stage on Saturday, July 26th, will have two Selective Sections to cover: SS1 – Argente/Cella and SS2 – Torrijo del Campo/Gea de Albarracín. These sections will be covered by cars/trucks and motorcycles/quads independently, without overlapping on the special stages.
The section covered by cars in the morning will be covered by motorcycles/quads in the afternoon, and vice versa. This competition structure has been implemented for years to enhance the safety of the event by avoiding interaction between motorcycles and cars.
On the second and final stage on Sunday, July 27, the SS1 Argente/Cella special will be repeated as SS3, with those who pass the test reaching the finish line in Teruel. On this SS3, motorcycles/quads will get up earlier and complete the stage before the cars/trucks.
Without the invaluable and essential collaboration of the Teruel municipalities through whose municipal boundaries the event will run, the event would not be possible. Nearly 25 municipalities are participating in the event, allowing us to travel through their roads to make the Baja España Aragón GETAC Trophy a reality once again. Remember that when we mention municipalities, we refer to municipal boundaries.
All the information and details about the event can be found on the official website: www.bajaaragon.com
