The Baja Escuderia Castelo Branco, the second race of the Portuguese season, will have its HQ located in the city of Castelo Branco, thus returning to its region of origin after a few years in which the race was held in the western region of Portugal.
The 2025 edition should recover some sections that were used a few years ago in the Baja do Pinhal, which was held in the municipalities of Oleiros, Proença a Nova and Sertã, however, the municipality of Sertã is not part of this year's program. On the other hand, Vila Velha de Rodão and Castelo Branco are newcomers, offering a greater variety of terrain and landscapes, ranging from the mountains of Oleiros and Proença a Nova to the more open terrain of the newcomers.
Entries for this event are now open, and it is valid for all the Portuguese Rally-Raid championships (auto, motorcycle, quad and ssv) as well as the Baja European Championship and the FIM Bajas World Cup.
