Before the return of all racing categories in Portugal to the same track that should take place at the end of May in the Algarve, where cars, motos, quads, and SSV will join to share the tracks of Baja Loulé, the guys from the CPTT (the car championship) will still have on even only for themselves in the far north of the country.

The cities of Valpaços, Maçedo de Cavaleiros, and Murça in the Tras-os-Montes region will host the Baja TT Norte of Portugal on the next weekend. The race organized by CAMI Motorsport is expected to be quite spectacular and challenging for the participants, who will face terrain that, in a large part, is still new and is recognized for its fast tracks.

Valpaços will host the headquarters of the race, which will feature three special stages and a prologue.  The program will start on May 5 with the usual formalities, followed by a short prologue to order the participants for the race. The day will close with a ceremonial start of the race in the city of Valpaços.
On Saturday, things will become more serious, as the participants will have a 152-kilometer-long stage to race over the hills and valleys of the region. For the final day of the race, the organizers prepared two more stages: SS2, with a little bit over 81 km of distance, and SS3 with near 77 km of distance.

The organizers should release the entry list for the race soon, where it is expected to find all the main contenders for the 2023 Portuguese championship.
