The Toyota dealer has mathematically secured the trophy in the category reserved for standard 4x4 vehicles of the Spanish Off-Road Rally Championship.

The driver from Madrid, who already has six national T2 titles to his name, once again showed his speed and consistency to finish second in his class in the Guadalajara TT Rallye.

"This title, eleven years after achieving the first of the six we already have with the same Toyota Land Cruiser, is a great joy for all of us who are part of the Kobe Motor family," says Dorsch.

Champions! Kobe Motor certified this Saturday the achievement of its sixth title in the Spanish Off-Road Rally Championship (CERTT). Thanks to Alberto Dorsch and Marcos MartĂnez, the Madrid-based dealership added a new state crown in the T2 category to its brilliant track record after finishing second in its class in the Guadalajara TT Rallye.

The Castilian-La Mancha event, the fifth of the season for the Madrid team, certified in the best possible way the great work done by all the members of Kobe Motor during this intense course in the CERTT. The second place finish in this race, which had the drivers at the wheel for a dozen hours and was marked by the dust in suspension, was enough for Alberto Dorsch to mathematically secure the sixth national crown of his sporting career.

"We are super happy with the achievement of the T2 title. It has been an almost perfect season in which in all the races we have had to fight to the maximum to get as many points as possible. This title, eleven years after winning the first of the six we already have with the same Toyota Land Cruiser, is a great joy for all of us who are part of the Kobe Motor family, especially because it coincides with the 25th anniversary of the opening of the dealership", said a very happy Alberto Dorsch at the end of the rally in Aracena.

The achievement of this success came after a very hard test, which demanded the maximum driving skills of the driver from Madrid and the navigation skills of his co-driver, Marcos MartĂnez. The sun and the dust were also protagonists in a day of racing that put the finishing touch to a great off-road season for Kobe Motor.

"We raced a lot, with some spectacular, very selective sections. The car behaved like a thousand wonders, once again we have to thank the people at Miracar for their good work. At the end of the day we were exhausted, but very happy with the result and the title. It was a beautiful race, we went through incredible trials and we could enjoy until the end despite the heat and the dust in suspension that we found in the early hours of the morning and at the end of the rally", added Dorsch.

With one event still to be held, Kobe Motor and Alberto Dorsch finished in Guadalajara their sporting program in the CERTT 2023. The sixth title, achieved brilliantly in a season in which they have not come off the podium in the T2 class, adds to those achieved with the same vehicle in 2012, 2016, 2019, 2020 and 2021. With the satisfaction and reward of having fulfilled the objective, the Madrid team will return with greater strength and motivation next season in which they will try to revalidate their national crown for the seventh time.
