There are less than two months to go until the start of the Portuguese Rally-Raid championships, both for cars (FPAK) and for quads and Non-FIA SSVs (FMP). A few days ago, a provisional calendar was revealed, which was later corrected and the new dates and events confirmed.
Next year's championship will once again see much of its action taking place in the Alentejo region, the heartland of this sport in Portugal. Of the 7 races that make up the championship, only 3 will not be held in the Alentejo (Baja Escuderia in March, Baja TT Norte in April and Baja Lagos in November).
These events will be joined by two major but completely separate events. The BP Ultimate Rally-Raid Portugal and the 24 Horas TT Vila de Fronteira.
