It’s Sunday 28th of May and the final countdown begins. It’s the last day of this one-week rally that had it all. Moto, Quad and SSV categories, as well as the new Rally2 category focused on amateurs, gathered 325 participants from around the globe. In more than 1,200 kilometers passing by rivers, mountains and valleys, the contestants were tested in the demanding terrain of this remote and vast area of Central Greece.

Participants gathered at the starting point once more, with one thing on their mind, to give all they had for a final performance, and claim a position on the podium. In a cheering atmosphere, the team, family, and friends of the contestants gathered at the Karpenisi-based bivouac to encourage them before the race.

After a short track of 120 kilometers to Gardiki and back, the first rider arrived at the finish line after only 1h49:29.12. The fastest time of the day achieved by the Czech Milan Engel, followed by Tobias Ebster with a 1-minute gap. Jawien Rafal on his quad, had the third fastest time of the day with 1h:51:58.07, doing an incredible run once again.

Guillem Martinez came 4th with Matyas Cervenka and Pol Tarres following next.

Regarding SSVs, the crew of Sean Haran & Martin Hales was the fastest with 2h01:13:78. After 1:32:06 came Hugues Lacam & Max Delfino with the second fastest time, followed by Lukas Lauda & Stefan Henken with less than a minute gap.

In the final overall classification for the Moto category, Guillem Martinez from Spain was the big winner taking the first place on the podium, Milan Engel from Czech Republic took the second place and Austrian Tobias Ebster took third, all racing in M3 class, showing that 400-475 cc is the ideal bike for this type of racing.

 

In the SSV overall category, the French duo of Hugues Lacam & Max Delfino won a place on the first step of the podium, with Lukas Lauda & Stefan Henken coming second and Philippe Herbain & Paul Durame third.

In M1 class, Ennsmann Roland is first, followed by Kimpe Wouter in the second place and Olivier Arthur-Xavier in third.

In M2, Millet Malagarriga Tomas is ranked first, Iglesias Sanchez Eduardo second and Siegel Jan third.

In M3 class, we have the big winners of overall classification with Martinez Boronat Guillem first, Engel Milan second and Ebster Tobias third.

Arnaud Foure, is first in the M4 class, followed by Guisnel Steve in the second place and Jarmuz Krzysztof in third.

For the M5 class, Cervenka Matyas is first, followed by Solnor Peter Saxhaug and Deak David.

In the last class of Moto category, the M6, Tarres Roca Pol is the first, Minaudier Loic second and Catanese Francesco third.

In the Quad category, Varga Juraj is first, with Wilkolek Marcin second and Halter Jeremy third.

In Women’s category, Morandin Tracy is first, followed by Modrzewska Joanna and Rowe Stephanie.

In the final classification for the Veterans category, Siegel Jan is first with Vermeulen Ard second and Robin Dominique third.

For the Malle Moto category Engel Milan is the first, Chetout Loic second and Arnaud Foure third.

In the RALLY2 category, Vernhet Charles won the first place with Bertrand Marques in the second and Cairel Charles-Edouard in the third.

More specifically, ranked by class, first in the R1 is Van Meel Corne, second is Sablotny Jorg and third is Strohmaier Claudia.

In the R2 class, Cairel Charles-Edouard is first, followed by Splichal Vit and Wijnen Adriaan.

Vernhet Charles is first in the R3 class, with Bertrand Marques second and Benoit Marques third.

In the FIM Europe overall classification, Engel Milan is first, Ebster Tobias second and Tarres Roca Pol third.

Analytically for FIM Europe, Iglesias Sanchez Eduardo is ranked first in the M2 class, with Sochor Milos in the second place and Guilhem Alves in the third.

In the M3 class, Engel Milan is first, Ebster Tobias second, while Gird Matthew third.

In the M4 class, Jarmuz Krzysztof ranked first, followed by Revolte Jean-Philippe and Buyukkinaci Soner.

First in the M5 class came Scheifler Frederick. Rubbiani Marco came second and Misniakiewicz Marcin third.

In the M6 class, Tarres Roca Pol is first, followed by Aydin Suleyman and Puocci Francesco.

Morandin Tracy won the first place in Women class for FIM Europe, Modrzewska Joanna came in second and Rowe Stephanie third.

The Veterans category, saw Boned Jean Louis in first place, Goodman Darren Mark in second place and Rubbiani Marco in third.

In Malle Moto category, Engel Milan is first, followed by Revolte Jean-Philippe and Jauffraud Matthieu.

It was a week full of action in this beautiful part of Greece. Hellas Rally Raid offered a unique experience to everyone, from participants and their crew to local people and motosports fans. The event came to an end, with a party at the bivouac, leaving everyone content, and full of good memories.
