Luís Cidade and Valter Cardoso were the standout winners of the TH Clothes Raid TT Ferraria, a round of the Portuguese Off-Road Championship (CPTT AMI48). With this result, the duo also moves into the lead of the national championship, reinforcing an excellent start to the season.

In a weekend marked by demanding conditions and highly competitive selective sectors, Luís Cidade maintained a strong and consistent pace, securing the overall victory after three intense days of competition. He won the Prologue and three of the four selective sectors, also claiming victory in the T4 category.

“Yesterday we got off to a good start, winning the Prologue and Saturday’s stages, but without much margin. Today we started in the lead, but still had to push in the first stage. In the final stage we managed things a bit more and lost a little time, but everything was under control. I have to thank South Racing, Milfa, and Valter, who also did an excellent job. Congratulations to all of us,” said Luís Cidade at the finish.

Gonçalo Guerreiro also stood out, returning to strong performances in the CPTT AMI48 at the wheel of his Polaris, showing solid pace and competitiveness throughout the event. The overall podium was completed by Ricardo Porém, driving for Kaizen. Despite facing some setbacks, the Leiria driver secured a podium finish, a T3 category win, and one overall stage victory.

In the remaining categories, wins went to Alejandro Martins–David Monteiro (T1+), César Sequeira–Filipe Sequeira (T1), Américo Santos–Jorge Monteiro (T2), and Richard Timmerman–Hendrik Van Geest (T8).

The TH Clothes Raid TT Ferraria once again delivered a high-quality off-road spectacle, leaving everything open for the upcoming rounds of the championship. With three different winners in three races, the series returns between September 18 and 20 for the 38th Baja TT Sharish Gin Reguengos/Mourão.
