Rallye TT Guadalajara 2023: Ready to start
Rallye TT Guadalajara is valid for the Spanish Rally-Raid Championship
The ninth edition of the Rallye TT Guadalajara will bring together the best teams of the Spanish Off-Road Rally Championship in the Castilian-La Mancha town of Cifuentes, home of this event in recent seasons and will again welcome with great enthusiasm the bulk of the national caravan.
For this edition prior to the tenth anniversary of the event, the Automovil Club Alcarreno has arranged once again a route through the Alcarria divided into two intense days that will begin on Friday morning at 9:00 am with the start of the delivery of documentation and technical verifications from 10:00 am.
At 18:00 hours is scheduled to start the Prologue that will have a special route for the public to be published throughout this week. After the Prologue, the teams will move to the starting ceremony that will take place at the Puerta Salinera, a characteristic monument of Cifuentes.
On Saturday from 8:15 a.m. the action will start with the celebration of the SS2 of 162 km, which will be followed by a regrouping without assistance, one of the main novelties of the race. Another special stage of 89 km, SS3, will add kilometers to the vehicles and teams, which will have a forty-five minute assistance after the end of this double section. The race will close with a repeat of the 162 km special stage, called SS4.
A total of sixty-seven teams will be present this weekend in Cifuentes, with Santiago Carnicer at the top of the entry list after leading the championship in the last race. Other favorites to win will be the Portuguese Jose Henrique Dinis, or the winner in Zuera a few weeks ago, Felix Macias. This event has always been characterized by narrow courses, so the buggies also join the list of favorites and we are sure that drivers like Carlos Vento, Fede Mogni, Jesus Fuster or Ruben Gracia will be in the fight for the final victory.
In Side by Side Miguel Prat will be looking to get closer to the title or even get it -if the results are right- after winning four of the five possible victories in the category. Edesio Caamano, Fernando Mesa and Miguel Valero will be looking to continue fighting for the title and take the victory.
The Copa de Espana de Rallyes Todo Terreno Regularidad continues with a great registration as usual and in Guadalajara we will have fourteen entries where Jose Antonio Guerra, Javier Foix and Manuel Lopez will continue to fight for a title that is very close this season.
You can follow all the information of the race in Zaragoza through our website, our official APP of the CERTT Loterfas or the official website of the organizer www.automovilclubalcarreno.es.
