SAN QUINTIN, BAJA CALIFORNIA, MEXICO- Organizers of the Six Day Baja Rally Powered by Rally Comp have announced final preparations leading up to the 2023 edition October 1-7 starting in San Quintin. More than 40 competitors from all over the world are entered to compete in the longest-running rally-raid in Mexico, now beginning its second decade of operations.

Thanks to title sponsor RALLY COMP, rally fans world wide will follow the Six Day Baja Rally with live, public tracking on a satellite map with a live leaderboard showing split times at five, mid-stage checkpoints corresponding on the tracking map. Bookmark the Baja Rally Homepage and set your calendar for Monday October 1 at 7:00 AM PDT.

Among the handful of sweeping improvements for 2023 are the addition of two new Directors to the Baja Rally executive board. Rally organizer, coach and Rally Tab founder Willem Avenant has been appointed Director of Competition while Dakar veteran and motorcycle industry mogul David Pearson will serve as Director of Scrutineering and Racer Relations.

Baja Rally General Director Mauricio Parra said the organization continues to evolve as it begins its second decade of continuous operations. "To bring these two influential leaders officially into Baja Rally shows the continued evolution of our brand and events", explains Parra, "Their combined experience, passion and credibility help to elevate the caliber of the rally, especially for our racing clients and their collective user experience."
