The start of the marathon, which leaves from Petrolina, runs 104 kilometers of initial displacement, 407 stretches timed for a total of 511 kilometers, ending in Xique-Xique, in Bahia.
Cristian Baumgart defined Monday as the day to accelerate the Prodrive Hunter T1+. "Today was very good, and we came very strong. Tomorrow is the day to drive strong and drive the marathon stage, safe and fast, well concentrated," said the fourth-time winner of the Sertões.
