The start of the Desafío Ruta 40 YPF 2023 is just a few days away. With the excitement growing, the registration deadline is approaching and a large number of competitors are ready to face the challenges of this epic competition.
The Desafío Ruta 40 YPF, to be held from August 26 to September 1 in the provinces of La Rioja, Belén (Catamarca) and Salta, in northern Argentina, as part of the World Rally Raid Championship promises to be a memorable edition. Competitors will face challenging terrains and stunning landscapes as the battles for the glory in this fourth W2RC round.
The participation of the world-renowned official teams will add an additional level of excitement and high level of competition to the event. The presence of KTM, GasGas, Honda, Hero, Mini, BAIC, Toyota, Red Bull -just to name a few- highlights the importance and prestige of the Desafío Ruta 40 YPF in the international rally-raid calendar.
The Desafío Ruta 40 offers a unique setting for competitors to show their skill and determination in a demanding and thrilling ambiance. The different terrains and changing conditions will test the riders in each of the five stages, promising an action-packed and adrenaline-filled week.
The registration deadline for the FIA competition is scheduled for Saturday, August 12, while the registration deadline for the FIM and OPEN competition is stipulated for August 16. For their part, the deadline for riders who wish to take part in the Desafío Ansenuza -they will compete with a specific itinerary- will be August 15.
