The Desafío Ruta 40 returns as part of the World Rally Raid Championship (W2RC), becoming, once again, one of the most exciting and challenging competitions on the calendar. The race will be held from August 26 to September 1, 2023 and will travel through the provinces of La Rioja, Belén (Catamarca) and Salta, in Argentina.

The Desafío Ruta 40 organization team is currently doing the reconnaissance of the route, guaranteeing that the stages will offer a great challenge, characteristic of this prestigious competition. The north of Argentina features a combination of exceptional landscapes and demanding terrains that will be a true test of skill and endurance for the riders and teams of the different categories ( bikes, quads, cars, UTVs and trucks).

This iconic competition, which has become synonymous with adventure and racing skills, will offer the competitors from all around the globe the opportunity to enjoy exceptional and challenging stages. The grounds of the provinces of La Rioja, Catamarca and Salta are already known for their long history in the Dakar Rally in South America, which adds even more excitement to this race.

The 11th edition of the Desafío Ruta 40 2023 promises to be an unforgettable experience for all riders at a time of definitions in the 2023 W2RC season. Registrations to be part of this competition are available online at www.desafioruta40.ar.
