In the second stage of the 10th Jalapão Rally, valid for the Brazilian Rally Raid Championship, held on Thursday, June 20, while among the motorcycles and cars the top positions were maintained in relation to the previous day's results, in the UTVs it was a turnaround. After covering 238.46 kilometers - 215.96 kilometers of timed special - Adrien Metge (Yamaha), Mason Klein (Honda) and Martin Duplessis (Honda) secured the best times for the second day running.

Denisio do Nascimento/Gunnar Dums (#101/Can-Am Maverick X3), flew low crossing the finish line first. Denisio Casarini/Breno Rezente (#112 /Can-Am Maverick R) and João Pedro Franciosi/Cesar Valandro (#111/Polaris RZR Pro R) followed.

In the Cars category, Marcos Baumgart/Beco Andreotti (#302/ Toyota) were the only pair to repeat their performance on the second day. From second to fifth place on the day were: Lelio Vieira/Weberth Moreira (#321/Can-Am), Alessandro Tozoni/Cristina Bordini (#365/T-Rex), Pedro Queirolo/Lauro Sobreira (#304/Buggy Giaffone) and Cristiano Rocha/Anderson Geraldi (#371/Mitsubishi).

"The Jalapão is always dangerous, and always a surprise, it's been a tough race. The characteristics of the second stage were sand and there were stretches with bumps and rocks. We're going for the other two days to tame the Jalapão bogeyman," said Marcos Baumgart.
