Araxá will once again host the Rally Minas Brasil which, in its sixth edition, promises to be one of the most intense and demanding races of the 2024 Brazilian Rally Raid season.

For the third year running, the city of Araxá (MG) will host the Rally Minas Brasil, which in 2024 will reach its sixth edition. From May 15 to 18, drivers and navigators will speed over 700 km through the mountains of Minas Gerais, facing a race that will be one of the most technical and intense of the 2024 season of the Brazilian Rally Raid Championship.

There will be three days of disputes between the competitors who will accelerate hard in search of the shortest rally time. According to the event's organizers - Rallymakers - the navigators will be extremely demanding over more than 200 km per day and a schedule with more than 400 references per timed section, with no radar zone.

"Non-stop navigation. No time to "breathe or drink water". And the drivers will have to be very attentive to the terrain and the navigators' instructions in order to drive quickly, safely and without any room for error, while also being careful of the obstacles on the route, which will be very varied and demanding," warned the general director of Rallymakers, Fernando Bentivoglio.

In addition to Araxá, the Rally Minas Brasil will also explore the municipality's surroundings, passing through Sacramento, Tapira, Pratinha and Ibiá. Rally Minas Brasil is open to the Motorcycle, UTV and Car categories, and will set up its support park at the Grande Hotel Termas de Araxá. Entries can be made at www.rallymakers.com.br.

The 6th Minas Brasil Rally has the support of the Araxá Jeep Club, Ghia Investimentos, Bompack, MH Tintura e Estamparia, Araxá City Hall, Araxá Department of Economic Development, Innovation and Tourism, Tapira, Sacramento, Ibiá and Pratinha City Halls.
