EARLY BIRD ENTRY DATES ARE EXTENDED!!!

We are all going through very difficult times, KR ORGA TEAM’s support and prayers are with all of you and hope that you stay safe and healthy!
KR ORGA team has also gone through a terrible time losing a key Orga Member, Mike Cliff our Recovery Director in the past few days. Our team will stay strong and keep working on KR20XX as planned. We thank you for all the calls and emails received regarding your concerns about KR20XX. All our plans for KR20XX are still well on track, however, we are keeping a close eye on the developments with our government. The team is in regular discussions with our Route Director-Hannes van Rensburg with regards to the planning of stages, and any changes in KR20XX logistics that may be required. 
To that end, KR20XX ORGA TEAM has decided to extend the EARLY BIRD ENTRY date until the 31 MAY 2020!!!

This decision was made to help competitors that are affected by COVID-19 that would like to come to KR20XX, but are still unsure due to the current situation in their country. For those who have already entered and made their first payment, the balance of your payments can be made on the new dates, that will be posted on the website. 

IMPORTANT: To secure the Early Bird Rate, you only need to make the first payment by of the 31 MAY 2020, and the balance of the payment on the extended dates. Crews & Service vehicles entries can be made later at the same rate that you entered on! If you decide to enter on the Standard Rate dates, you only need to make the first payment and the balance on the extended dates. FOR NOW, YOU ONLY NEED TO ENTER THE DRIVER/RIDER TO SECURE A SPOT. Crews and Service Vehicles can be entered later at whatever rate you entered on!

WHAT HAPPENS IF KR20XX IS POSTPONED?
Should for any reason KR20XX dates need to be changed, no competitor will lose their entry fees, this is a guarantee from KR ORGA!

SHIPPING FOR INTERNATIONAL COMPETITORS: 
Shipping plans and logistics are still on track, competitors using this service only need to pay for this service closer to the time. KR ORGA will communicate directly with each competitor requiring shipping logistics. Payment dates will be confirmed closer to the time to allow teams & riders more time to plan their logistics and budgets. Competitors are also welcome to contact KR ORGA at any time for more detailed information on shipping logistics & costs.

IS KR20XX STILL HAPPENING?
YES, KR20XX is still taking place, nothing has changed in our planning and dates, we are blessed that there has been no need for us to move our dates! In summary for now we are still on track for the current dates in September for KR20XX, and we will continue with the organizational work, and  publish further information on the official website and social media as we progress with KR20XX!
