24 Hours Off-Road Vila de Fronteira 2021: Entry list

24 Hours Off-Road Race Vila de Fronteira is a rally-raid endurance race, held in a dirt track with 17 kilometers of perimeter near the town of Fronteira, in the Alentejo region of Portugal.

As its name indicates, the race lasts for 24 punishing hours, starting on Saturday afternoon and finishing one day later.

"24 Horas TT Vila de Fronteira" is a stand alone event, not valid for any championship, and for that reason (and many others)  is considered to be a celebration of the sport, gathering for a full weekend of racing almost all drivers, mechanics, team members, sponsors that during all season battle for the Portuguese Cross-Country Rallies crown.  
For a long time, the ACP organized race also attracts a large number of foreign teams, especially from France, that go to Portugal to pose a serious challenge to the locals and fight for the overall victory, which often they conquer.

The Portuguese event is also very "democratic" with categories for almost all types of vehicles.  It's common to find in the entry list vehicles like Mini All 4 Racing, Mitsubishi Pajero, Nissan Navara or Nissan Terrano just to say some of the most well know. From France, a horde of lightning-fast prototypes is also present, with probably the best well know being the Fouquet Buggies.    But some of the crowd favorites aren't among the fastest, instead, we can find them in the opposite end of the leader board, where the famous and iconic Peugeot 504 is, sharing space with others like the Renault 5 or Renault 4L.
