Baja de Loulé 2021: Rally-Raid returns to the Algarve

Baja de Loulé will be on the road from 28th to 30th May

After a one-year hiatus due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Baja de Loulé is returning to the Algarve roads, as the second competition that can be awarded points in the national off-road championships in the categories of cars, motorcycles, SSVs, and quads.

The competitive route is already defined and ready to go on the road, totaling 300 kilometers against the clock. Despite the limitations imposed by the pandemic, it was possible to find a route of different specifications, with some distinct tracks that will challenge the participants.

Current times call for caution, and some restrictions will be imposed, with the public not being advised to attend the race, the route will not be disclosed, and access to the starts, finishes, and assistance park will be forbidden. Alternatively, you can follow the race through a set of tools available on the official website and social networks of the Clube Automóvel do Algarve (Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram).

This race is organized by Clube Automóvel do Algarve (CAAL), under the auspices of the Portuguese Car and Karting Federation and the Motorcycling Federation of Portugal, and is sponsored by the municipality of Loulé and supported by the municipalities of S. Brás de Alportel, Silves, Tavira and Almodôvar and Medronhito do Caldeirão.
