Hungarian Baja 2019: Video - Dirk von Zitzewitz serious accident

On yesterday's opening stage of 2019 Hungarian Baja, Dirk von Zitzewitz suffered a serious accident with his Can-Am. After a jump, the vehicle landed in a bad way and rolled several times, only stopping inside a bush, leaving von Zitzewitz with severe bruising, broken ribs and collarbone.  Due to the type of accident, all precautions were taken, with the driver being removed to the hospital by helicopter.  Already on the hospital the medical exams revealed the extend of the injuries, which weren't so serious has initially expected.  

The Rally-Raid Network team wishes Dirk von Zitzewitz a fast recovery and expect to seem him racing again as soon as possible.
