Raid da Ferraria 2021: Entries are open for the XXXIII Raid da Ferraria

Centro Cultural Recreativo e Desportivo da Ferraria organizes an Off-Road Rally, named XXXIII Raid da Ferraria, on the 3rd, 4th, and 5th of September 2021, which may be awarded points for the Federação de Motociclismo de Portugal's Cross-Country National Championship (Motos, Quads, and SSVs).   This race is not valid for the cars, but still promises to be extremely competitive and spectacular as it is expected a large entry list for motos, but especially for SSV as in Portugal most race under the rules of the moto federation.

The 33rd Raid da Ferraria shall have a course of approximately 360 km, divided into 3 selective sectors (SS) all 120km long, two of which shall be disputed on the first day of the race and only one on the last day of the race.

The technical and administrative checks will take place on Friday afternoon, September 3rd.  The special stages will be raced on Saturday, September 4th, and Sunday, September 5th, through rural and forest roads in the municipalities of Abrantes, Gavião, and Ponte de Sor, in Alto Alentejo, the same area that year after year receives also the FIA World Cup participants who come here to race Baja Portalegre
