The marathon of events in the Spanish Cross-Country Rally Championship Avatel continues, and it does so with one of the most anticipated events of the season, the Rallye TT Cuenca, an event that returned to the calendar last season -being one of the two events that were disputed due to the COVID- and that for this occasion will have several new features that will make the event even closer to the many local fans.

With seventy-six teams registered in the different categories, the Rallye TT Cuenca will count with the presence of the main teams of the CERTT Avatel with the four teams that are playing for the All-Terrain title among them. Carnicer-Lázaro, Macías-Conde, Pita-Herrero and Navarro-Navarro start as favorites for the win in their fight for the national crown, although they will not be the only ones with options for victory as the locals Recuenco-Peinado in their Mini Man or Naranjo-Álvarez and VIllanueva-Aguado, will surely also seek to be at the head of the race.

Among the Side by Side we also have the presence of the main contenders for the title, with Verdú-De Miguel as clear favorites after their victory in the last race and their advantage at the head of the competition. The Caamaño brothers, who lead the Yamaha YXZ 1000R Cup, Mogni-Aguado or Asensio-Mata, also start with options to win, without ruling out any surprise that usually gives us the most evenly matched category of the competition.

The Yamaha YXZ 1000R Cup will again be a fundamental part of the event, and this time with seven teams that will continue to play for the title in a cup led by the Caamaño brothers, followed by Sainero-Kouch and Alarcón-Pérez.

The Copa de España de Rallyes Todo Terreno Regularidad continues to grow and for this event a total of seventeen teams will be part of the trophy. Serrano-Amaya will seek to consolidate their leadership, although Albiña-Domingo, Moral-Ruiz and Del Val-Martínez will not make it easy for them.

The rally will start on Friday with the technical verifications from first thing in the morning. At 4:30 p.m. the Prologue of the rally will start, and the caravan will travel to the Plaza Mayor of Cuenca for what is expected to be one of the most spectacular starting ceremonies of the season from 8:00 p.m. onwards. On Saturday we will have two super special stages of 180 and 145 kilometers respectively, closing the race on Sunday with the SS3 of 110 kilometers.
