Serres Rally 2019: New routes for 2019 edition

The Rally is moving! New Generation! 

New routes, new target, new town, new places!

After the first 2 days at Serres, (28th & 29th of August) with the Prologue and the Ceremonial start (28/8) and the Lailias Classic Tour (29/8), we gonna move (30/8) to the West side of Macedonia to other destinations!
One new bivouac, one new hospitable town, in which we will stay to the end for the Rally! EMbargo date for the new destination is 1st of January!
After 8 years at Serres Town, its time to move up! The 3rd day, the Rally is moving on to Veria! NEW destinations, NEW town, NEW tracks!

The plan for this year: We start the race at Serres, the 1st day the afternoon is the 50-60kms prologue near the town, and later the evening the ceremonial start will take place in the central place of Serres
The 2nd day we 'll ride around the mountains of Lailias, Menikio, Agistro for 350 amazing kms
The 3rd day we 'll say Goodbye at Serres, and we move to the West side of Macedonia territory, through 2 big special stages and a long liaison to our final destination at Veria town

The next days, 4th, 5th, 6th, we 'll drive round Veria, to nearest towns, Kozani, Florina, Kastoria, on Vermio Mountain in new tracks and magic routes!

The last 7th day, we'll ride a short distance track, about 100-120kms, with some enduro ride characteristics. Not hard enduro, just light simple enduro paths to enjoy the landscape over Veria Town.

The evening, the ceremonial prize giving will take place at the central place of Veria, and we close the event with a big Party at the swimming pool of Aiges Melathron Hotel
