Skuba Cross-Country Gyula 2019: After the rain, is finally time for Gyula's race

Due to the heavy rain that affected Hungary in June, Guyla's round of the Hungarian Cross-Country Rally Championship and also from FIA - Central Europe Zone was forced to be delayed for a posterior date. And finally, the date as come, as from 4 to 6 of October participants from 5 countries will have the chance to fight for the best results in the roads surrounding Gyula.

SKUBA CROSS-COUNTRY GYULA will be hosted by Gyula and the surrounding areas as usual. Altogether eight stages will be performed by international and very prominent fifty competitors in the categories of cars, bikes, quads, truck and side-by-side.

The race will have a total distance of 547km, including 334,5 against the clock.  There will be 8 special stages to be raced, 4 on Saturday and 4 more on Sunday.  On each day only one track will be used twice in each direction: On Saturday SS1 and SS2 will start in Sarkad and finish 45,5km after in Sarkadkeresztur while SS3 and SS4 will be run in the opposite direction.  On Sunday all sectors will start and finish in Kotegyan, all with 37,9 km long, but with SS5 and SS6 raced in one direction and SS7 and SS8 in the other.

Miroslav Zapletal (Checz Republic), Tomas Ourednicek(Checz Republic), Pal Lónyai(Hungary) and Imre Varga (Hungary) are just a few that will fight hard for the best positions.
