First races of 2021 Portuguese calendar postponed

Both Portuguese championships - CPTT, organized by FPAK for cars, and CNTT, organized by FMP for SSV, Moto, and Quad, got their respective first races of the season postponed due to the effects of the CoVid19 pandemic.  These championships have several races in common, but there are 2 races of CNTT where cars don't race and one of the CPTT where all the others are left out. 

The first event to get postponed was Raid TT Paraiso de Gois, which should have been the opener of CNTT and put to the test motos, quads, and SSV in the mountains and valleys of the center of Portugal on the 13th and 14th of February.  

Today it was the turn of Baja TT Montes Alentejanos 2021. The CPKA organized race was originally scheduled for 5-7 March, with the race HQ located in Beja, south of Portugal.  Baja TT Montes Alentejanos was the second race on the calendar for motos, quad, and SSV and was scheduled to be the first race of the year for the cars.

In both cases, at the moment there isn't any previewed date for the events to resume, mainly because the pandemic is breaking record numbers both in infections and in the number of deaths, and the prospect of getting it under control looks very distant.  The next two weeks will be particularly important because the country is on lockdown to slow down the rate of infections and allow for some relief to the overloaded health system.
